Wildwood Ranch presents another year of horsemanship opportunities! Class levels are decided by the students riding ability. Wildwood Ranch instructors specialize in Western and English riding. Horsemanship lessons take place every Saturday beginning in May and continuing through November.
We also offer day camp horsemanship opportunities for those interested between the ages of nine through seventeen. Saddle up our horses for a week of horsemanship, riding and other summer fun at Wildwood Ranch Horse Camp. Daily ground and Western or English riding lessons are supervised by CHA certified riding instructors. Trail riding is a fun extra! Add Christian friends and counselors, other camp activities, daily devotional times and worship and it will quickly become your best week of summer!  Don’t miss out on all our horse program opportunities, call our camp office today for more information or register online today!

WRANGLERS IN TRAINING

Most of the participants in this week of camp know how to walk, trot and canter, but we will work with any skill level.  Participants must desire to grow in leadership skills and be involved as a “Junior Wrangler” at camp. Campers will improve their personal riding skills along with intensive instruction in horse management, guiding trail rides and assisting in riding lessons along with leadership skills, Bible lessons, chapels and personal quiet times.
Requirements:  You must first fill out a questionnaire and be accepted into the program, serve at least one week of a summer internship as a Junior Wrangler, have previous horse experience, and have cowboy or paddock boots.
